1. Who We Are

TriathlonCoach ("we", "our", "us") is operated by P.A. Technologies, located in Louisiana, United States. Contact: peytonandras@gmail.com

2. Data We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to provide the app's features:

• Training data you enter – workouts, race goals, nutrition logs, gear notes.
• Apple Health data – with your explicit permission, we read workout and activity data from Apple HealthKit to import your training sessions. We do not write to HealthKit except as described in the app. HealthKit data is never used for advertising or sold to third parties.
• Strava data – if you connect your Strava account, we access your activity data (rides, runs, swims) solely to display it inside the app. Your Strava credentials are never stored by us; authentication is handled by Strava's OAuth flow.
• Device information – anonymous crash logs and basic diagnostic data to improve app stability. No personally identifiable information is included.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To display and sync your training data within the app
• To provide analytics and progress tracking features
• To diagnose crashes and improve app performance

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Data Storage

All training data is stored locally on your device using Apple's built-in storage. We do not operate a remote server that stores your personal data. If you delete the app, all locally stored data is removed.

5. Third-Party Services

• Apple HealthKit – governed by Apple's privacy policy.
• Strava API – governed by Strava's privacy policy. We request only the minimum required scopes.

6. Children's Privacy

TriathlonCoach is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

7. Your Rights

You may delete all app data at any time by deleting the app. To request data deletion or ask privacy questions, email us at peytonandras@gmail.com.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
